Rules and Regulations

Admission policies:

Please provide us with all the information asked for in the admission form.
Please ask for a receipt for all payments made. T.I.M.E. Kids is not responsible for any payment made without a proper receipt issued by the centre.

Fee Payment:

Installments of annual fee should be made before the last date mentioned on the receipt, failing which a fine of Rs. 500/- will be levied.

Fee Refund:

Change of Centre:

Transfer from a centre to another maybe be allowed at the discretion of the Director and would entail a cost of Rs. 1,000/- as processing charges and the higher of the fee between the two centres to be paid before joining the new centre.

Identity Card:

Identity cards should be worn by the students at all times. The ID card is valid for one academic year. In case of loss of ID card the replacement cost is Rs. 50/-
Your child will be allowed to leave the school with the person mentioned on the ID card as the guardian. Parents to inform the school if there is any change in the pickup information of the child at school.

Discipline:

Fever, Cough and cold, Vomiting or diarrhea & Infections of any kind (eye, skin)

If your child becomes ill while at school we will contact any of the emergency contacts given, to take the child home

.·Please inform the school if the child is on medication. Label the medication and explain the timings, frequency and the dosage to the teacher.

Please be punctual to drop and pick up your child. In the morning please ensure that the child is handed over to the teacher and not left at the gate alone.
To inculcate healthy eating habits in children, it is advisable that you dont send chocolates, chips or other junk food in the snack box.
We discourage late drop offs and pickups, however incase of an emergency please inform the school authorities of the delay.

Parent Teacher Communication:

Parents should attend all Parent Teacher Meetings to remain abreast of the child's progress.
Parents can meet the Center Head/Teachers on weekdays from 12:30 p.m. till 1:30 p.m. and on Saturday, 9:30 a.m. till 12:30 p.m.
Parents should check the preschool diary for any correspondence from the school and duly acknowledge the same by signing in the space given.

Toilet Training:

Children who are not potty trained should at all times be in diapers. An extra set of clothes and diaper should be sent to school with children who are not completely potty trained. The school will provide disposable diapers at an extra charge.

Safety and Security:

We take extreme care for the physical safety of the children. Incase of an inadvertent accident involving a student the school authorities should not be held responsible.
Bags, snacks and water bottles should be brought from home. Please label all items that the child is carrying to school. Also ensure that the child is not carrying any valuables or hazardous items. Wearing jewellery by children is not encouraged. The school does not take responsibility of loss of any valuables, carried by the child to the school.

Special Days and Celebrations:

Please note that children may celebrate their birthdays only with chocolates or sweets and not with cakes and return gifts.
You may hand over the chocolates to the teacher to be distributed amongst children.
Do ensure that your child is not wearing an expensive piece of jewellery.

Leave rule:

Long leave is not encouraged
Incase of leave for more than 3 days, a prior written permission to be taken from the centre head by the parent/guardian.
If the child is absent for medical reasons a medical certificate from a doctor would be appreciated.
For unforseen leave kindly fill in the leave record column given on the last page of the diary.
